About

Hello, world.

I’m Jodi. I’m a certified professional coach and 3x Chief of Staff who is here to help individuals and teams navigate the big moments.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy and operations. First, in service to NGOs; now, in support of business leaders and teams as Chief of Staff (current: EasyLlama). Most recently, I was the Chief of Staff for Gusto Embedded during their first year+ of revenue and user adoption at scale. Before Gusto, I served as the Chief of Staff to the CTO at Cedar, a healthcare payment and patient experience platform.

Prior professional experiences span the organizational ‘stack’, including product marketing for big tech with Article Group, innovation with ETRADE Labs, business transformation with IBM Consulting, and sustainability strategy with PepsiCo.

The non-profit sector is where I initially cut my teeth in client services, wearing many hats, and applying first principles systems thinking — and I am deeply grateful. Please consider supporting indigenous communities with Land is Life or exploring the member impact of The Philanthropy Workshop (now Forward Global).

With a recent tenure of almost 20 years in NYC, I’m a proud alumna of NYU’s College of Arts & Science (BA) and Stern School of Business (MBA). I’ve recently returned to the San Francisco Bay Area and am now a proud Oakland resident. I hold my coaching certification through iPEC’s Coach Training Program and am in process of accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. In my spare time, I am an avid boulderer, biker, road-tripper, and concert-goer who can often be found enthusiastically petting every dog I meet on the street.
